Tsar Hlib is the main supplier of bread in Sevastopol and produces 57,9 tonnes of bakery products daily. Tsar Hlib is also famous for its confectionary products. There are two top confectionery schools on the territory of the former Soviet Union. They are in Sevastopol and Saint Petersburg (Russia). Sevastopol Tsar Hlib Bread Factory regularly wins prizes for the high-quality bakery and bread products.
A sufficient autopark of specialized transport for promt delivery of the products to consumers was set in 2004. 22 more vehicles were added in 2004-2005.
In 2005 Tsar Hlib installed a new automated line for white bread production with a daily capacity of 16 tonnes. The line is equipped with the Revent tunnel oven (the Czech Republic), a Diosna dough-maker (Germany) and Glimek dough-dividing equipment (Sweden).
To improve the quality of pan bread and to increase its output up to 16 tonnes per day, the reconstruction of the third line for loaf production was made by Revent experts in 2006. The cost of the project was 1,38 million UAH.
Besides that, in 2007 the Company finished constructing a new rolls and buns workshop.
In 2007 Tsar Hlib completed building a 10 million UAH project new workshop with a daily production capacity of 45 tonnes. the workshop was equipped with Revent, Diosna and Glimek equipment.
A UBE (USA) slicing-and-packing machine was installed in 2008. The hourly production capacity is 3600 pack units of bakery products.
The total amount of investments is 5 million Euros.
In August, after major repairs the bakery and confectionary workshop were opened.
A rotary oven by REVENT (Sweden) company and FRITCH equipment for croissants, with daily capacity up to 2 tons were installed.
